terms & conditions

i. All digital raws (computer files) remain the property of the photographer. All digital photos, once edited, will be delivered via an online portal to the client(s) for their own non-commercial use and download.

i. The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer.  

i. The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, etc. (Unless agreed upon otherwise prior to the shoot)

i. The photographer will endeavour to deliver digital files as quickly as possible. This will, unless in pre-disclosed circumstances, be up to a maximum of14 days from the shoot date.
